Then, according to those results, two implants will be placed in the front of the mouth at 90 degree angles. Two more implants will be placed in the back of the mouth at 45 degree angles. In this way, bone to implant contact will be maximized, allowing the implants to withstand normal biting and chewing forces without coming loose.
Once the implants are in place, a temporary denture will be attached that same day for immediate use. After the implants have fully integrated with the jaw bone, a custom made denture will be attached and anchored in place, giving you a new permanent set of implant dentures.
